How to see your Instagram watch history

Open Instagram, go to your profile, and tap the three-line menu in the top-right corner.

Select Your Activity to access a full log of how you’ve used Instagram recently.

Tap Watch History to see the Reels and videos you viewed earlier.

Check Interactions to review posts you’ve liked, commented on, or replied to.

Open Recent Searches to quickly revisit profiles, topics, or hashtags you looked up.

Visit Recently Deleted to restore posts, stories, or videos if you removed them by mistake.

Use Time Spent to track daily usage and even set reminders to manage your screen time.
