How to hide likes on Instagram: QUICK steps

Instagram lets you hide like counts so you can focus on content instead of numbers and engagement pressure.

To hide likes on all posts, open Settings and go to Privacy.

Tap Posts and turn on Hide Like and View Counts to remove likes from your feed completely.

This setting hides likes on posts from others, but you can still see your own post insights privately.

To hide likes on a single post, open the post, tap the three dots, and select Hide Like Count.

You can also hide likes before posting by choosing Advanced Settings and enabling hide likes.

Likes can be turned back on anytime, so you can switch based on how you want to use Instagram.
