How to edit sent messages on Instagram

Follow these steps to edit a sent message on Instagram. 

Step 1: Open Instagram on your phone. 

Step 2: Open the chat in which you have sent a message that you want to edit.

Step 3: Tap and hold the message. 

Step 4: Tap on the Edit option. 

Step 5: Now, edit the message as you wish. 

Step 6: Once done, tap on the send icon, which is in Blue. 

Note: You can only edit messages sent 15 minutes before. Also, the edited message will show the 'Edited' tag.
