Google is killing another app: Details here

Google is finally ready to kill Google Play Movies & TV for good.

It has already removed the app from Android and iOS, as well as other TV platforms.

While the app was pulled from Android TV in October, it is still available for some users of Android TV.

In a new document, Google has said the app is finally going in January from Android TV.

So, all your shows and movies will find a new home: YouTube.

If you have a TV or device using Android TV, Shop tab will become your default go-to section.

For set-top boxes running Android TV, all your rented and purchased movies will appear in the YouTube app.

If you are using a browser, you will be able to watch your shows and movies on YouTube, too.
