Elon Musk to turn X into a superapp like WeChat

Elon Musk is planning to build X into a superapp.

Before X, the platform was known as Twitter.

Musk changed the name to reflect the upcoming changes.

In a meeting with employees, Musk laid out his plans.

He wants X to look like China's WeChat.

WeChat is a one-stop solution for everything in China.

You can call, text, read, pay, and do a lot more on WeChat.

Since WeChat is not available outside of China, Musk sees an opportunity.

It will be interesting to see X turn into a WeChat clone.
